WHAT IS SUPPORT COORDINATION?
Support Coordinators help individuals and their families to find the Utah Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) funded supports that they want and need. We help people develop goal based plans that drive how services are delivered. We advocate for our clients, and seek to ensure that what is written the annual plan happens in reality. We are a constant source of support throughout the years.
